About ProCare Hospice
Location:
8025 Amigo St, Las Vegas, NV 89123, US
Mission Statement
ProCare Hospice of Nevada is committed to the philosophy of compassion, comfort, support and dignity. Hospice believes quality at the end of life is as important as the length of it. We provide professional and ethical care to patients with a life-limiting illness or poor prognosis as well as provide on-going support and education to families and caregivers. Our staff is dedicated to educating the community about the benefits of hospice care. At ProCare Hospice of Nevada, we strive to provide the most comforting end-of-life experience possible by valuing each patient as an individual.
Description
ProCare Hospice of Nevada is a family-owned and operated hospice serving the entire Las Vegas Valley. Our adult programs focus on holistic services not just for the patient but their entire family. Our "We Honor Veterans" is a military veteran focused service honoring those who fought to protect the freedoms we enjoy today. In both communities, we strive to educate the community on what hospice is and how it can be of great assistance for those going through their final journey.
CareOusel Pediatrics is the pediatric hospice division of ProCare Hospice of Nevada. We specialize in hospice care for children with terminal illnesses. Pediatric hospice care aims to improve the quality of life for both the child and family by providing relief from the symptoms, pain and stress of the patient's diagnosis. Pediatric hospice is a very different service from Adult hospice. Our children continue to receive the aggressive treatments they need to survive, while having a pediatric hospice program providing additional support. We want our children to "graduate" our program and strive to make their lives as normal as humanly possible.
