Coach an older adult how to use a tablet or iPad! The Sip and Swipe Cafe uses Generations On Line, a tablet tutorial designed to, along with the assistance of coaching, help overcome fears or hesitation with technology. Learners will become familiar with email, internet, and apps. Coaches will need to commit to about 4 hours of time with a Learner, done in 2-4 sessions typically. Coaches do not need to be "experts" in using a tablet, but they do need to be able to listen, reassure and motivate Learners.
