Mission: To demonstrate in a peaceful way the need for public education that is equal for all students.
Vision: Public Education will be safe and accessible to all students no matter their socioeconomic status, race, sexual orientation, learning needs, or zip code. To provide resources to parents, teachers, administrators, and students alike. Promoting a higher education and career opportunities in skilled trades.
Goal: Stop the attack on public education, bring awareness to the repeated budget cuts at the school levels with continual cuts on t eachers’ pay, students technology, and the "extras" in schools such as art, and music.
The March for Public Education is in need of volunteers to be marshalls to assist with guiding attendees and facilitating the march. Volunteers will need to meet at the Clark Park stage.

Mission Statement
Ever too often, parents do not put school supplies at the top of their shopping list due to other expenses that are more of a priority, such as food and heating. Pack Your Back is committed to providing students in need with backpacks and various types of school supplies. The only way a student can succeed in the classroom is if they have the proper supplies to do so.
Description
In 2016, Central Michigan University students identified the financial burdens faced by families due to the recent economic downturns, and the underfunding of the Michigan public education system. Pack Your Back was created by those CMU students to help supply younger students living in underprivileged locations with the proper resources to succeed in the classroom.
