Hello Volunteers,
CIty Horse is hosting our 3rd annual "Kids Carnival" on Sunday, August 13th from 10:30am to 4:00pm.
City Horse is a Bay Area horse program that connects students to horses. Our event this year will need lots of volunteers to run our pony rides, games, super slide, farm animals, concession stand and more!
Do you enjoy working with animals? Do you enjoy working with small children? Well this is the event for you.
We are also in need of volunteers who enjoy face painting and balloon twisting.
Come join us out at Golden Gate Fields racetrack for a day full of family and fun!

Description
CITY HORSE CONNECTS STUDENTS THROUGHOUT THE BAY AREA WITH LOCAL HORSE STABLES IN THEIR AREA. STUDENTS PARTICIPATE IN THE CITY HORSE PROGRAM AS AN ELECTIVE COURSE THROUGH THEIR SCHOOL AND RECEIVE ACADEMIC CREDIT FOR LEARNING HORSEMANSHIP, GROOMING, NUTRITION AND BARN MANAGEMENT.
CITY HORSE ALSO PROVIDES OUT-OF-SCHOOL AND AFTER-SCHOOL OPPORTUNITIES FOR YOUTH INTERESTED IN LEARNING MORE ABOUT CAREERS AND LOCAL PROFESSIONALS WORKING IN AGRICULTURE, VETERINARY MEDICINE AND HORSEMANSHIP.
