NYPL's Bronx Library Center is looking for Spanish-speaking adult volunteers to assist people in applying for NYCID.

Help connect people in your community with our libraries and their free and essential services.

Tell us why you’d like to volunteer and describe any skills/experience that would prove useful in working with immigrants. Training will be provided.

Requirements:

  • Volunteers must be 18 years or older.

  • Bilingual English/Spanish (written/spoken) with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Availability of approximately 4 hours per week on a weekday morning.

  • Have a friendly and approachable manner and ability to get along with diverse groups of people.
