Visit an older adult in their home once a week for a meaningful and enriching connection.
Volunteers are matched with older adults based on shared interests and location. You can simply chat and socialize in the person's home or you can drive the person on errands, such as to the grocery store or pharmacy.
Volunteers visit the person with whom you're matched for one hour each week. We ask for a minimum year volunteer commitment.
This is a wonderful opportunity to help reduce a senior's social isolation and loneliness while building special relationships.
Must be 21. References and fingerprinting required. We provide training and ongoing support.
