The Greeter welcomes patrons as they enter the Center and maintain the Coffee Bar. This position is an ambassador to our community.
Examples of Essential Duties Performed:
· Greet all patrons as the enter the Center
· Answer questions about Center and our community.
· Maintain the coffee bar, make coffee, clean coffee bar, and serve donated food items
· Give tours of the Center.
· Visits with patrons. Makes everyone feel welcome and comfortable.
· Completes daily duties as written each shift.
· Inform staff of any concerns shared with Greeters.
· Volunteer will sign-in on hours tracking form for each working shift.
· Assists staff as needed with projects as given.

Willamalane Park and Recreation District maintains and operates seven recreation facilities and 44 parks and natural areas that make up more than 1,500 acres. Highlights include Splash! at Lively Park, Camp Putt Adventure Golf Park, Wildish Community Theater, 13 waterfront areas, 21 miles of hiking and biking trails, 15 sports fields and 24 playgrounds. Willamalane offers hundreds of recreation programs to more than 60,000 patrons. Created by voters in 1944, Willamalane is a special tax district, separate from the city of Springfield, with its own boundaries.
