Looking for an occasional commitment? Interesting and fun volunteer opportunities are available at Mead Public Library. Are you interested in adding your name to a list of volunteers who help at special events at the library? We have a variety of different events and tasks for volunteers to attend and perform. Updates on these events are sent out monthly for you to pick and choose based on your interest and availability.
The ideal candidate for this role will be:
- Willing to learn and try new things
- Able to arrive on time and follow direction
- Able to jump in and help in areas not necessarily assigned to
- Interpersonal skills for interacting with the public
