The American Heart Association will be participating in the 26th Annual Health and Diabetes Fest to be held on Saturday, October 7th. The focus will be creating an awareness and a presence for the American Heart Association in the community, as well as educating and promoting a healthier lifestyle. There will be presenters, various medical providers, and community outreach agencies participating.
Volunteers and staff will be providing information to health fair attendees on symptoms of heart attack and stroke, how to prevent heart disease by improving their overall health, and our annual fundraising events. If you have medical training and are qualified to administer blood pressure checks, blood sugar checks, etc. and you would like to do so at these events, please contact me directly.
If you enjoy talking to people and are interested in sharing our message of heart health and heart disease/stroke prevention with the community, we need you! All materials will be provided, we just need your time and energy!
We would love to have you come and educate the community with the American Heart Association!

What We Do
