ORGANIZATION: National MS Society - Indiana-Kentucky-Tennessee

We need volunteers to assist in the following areas:

Set Up

  • Assist in the overall set up of tables,chairs,tents,food,supplies, etc.

Luggage Team

  • Will unload/load luggage to and from trucks. Assist participants in locating their luggage.

Check In/Registration

  • Distribute completer bags & tshirts, and answer general questions from riders.

Party Tent

  • Organize and stock beverages, receive tickets in exchange for drinks, keep bar area wiped down and clean.

Bike Unlock

  • Check in/check out bikes, organizing them by rider numbers and carefully storing them in a secured area.

Clean Up

  • Help by sweeping all dorm rooms to empty garbage, close any open windows, pick up left-over linens or personal items.
