CHAT Case Worker

Be part of the CHAT (Child Abuse Treatment Program) helping provide Case Management. You would need to commit to 20 hours per week for six months.

We are looking for university students (Jrs/Srs/recent grads) majoring in Psychology, Sociology, Human Development.

Volunteers need to be able to handle sensitive situations, work collaboratively with the CHAT team, follow protocols, be able to listen, be empathetic with issues related to abuse and provide families with resources to stabilize their needs.

Volunteers will need to be fingerprinted, have a clean Livescan and current TB Test. Training opportunities are available that will enhance your skills. Sign up for more information here or contact Kathy Knox at kknox@fsaca.org or 951-275-5055, Ext 1255.
