Purpose: The Outreach Materials Distribution Coordinator manages and oversees the organization and delivery of the calendars/brochures that are delivered in the community every other month. Location: Gilda’s Club Louisville: 633 Baxter Avenue, Louisville, KY 40204 and locations in the community

Key Responsibilities:

• Initiate contact and maintain communication with all locations for delivery on master distribution list for calendars/brochures
• Analyze and plan quantities of materials to go to each location and review these quantities on a semi-annual basis
• Manage counting and sorting of calendars every other month and coordinate Brochure Brigade to deliver the items
• Make recommendations for adjustments to the master list as needed

The Length of Appointment: The Outreach Materials Distribution Coordinator serves for one year.

Time Commitment: Work on the front end will require more time, as initial review of list is completed. Once list has been established, time commitment will be a couple of hours every month.

Qualifications: Eye for detail and commitment to thorough, accurate work required. Pleasant and friendly manner, patience, excellent listening skills, conversational aptitude, dependability, and self-sufficiency. Comfort with email and technology systems, making phone calls and familiarity with basic phone and email etiquette is required. This position requires dependable transportation and a motor vehicle background check.
