Volunteers are needed to run errands and/or shop for or with those who can't get out on their own. Our volunteers set their own schedule with the client. Shopping and errands can be taking someone to the grocery store, a hair appointment or to the drug store. A quick and easy opportunity to make a big difference in someones day. Volunteers must adhere to CDC guidelines re: Covid-19 protocol.

The comfort of home and the dignity of independence; at Neighbors Who Care, community volunteers help the elderly live at home. We count on volunteers to serve Sun Lakes and Chandler Seniors who need transportation, evening meals, friendly visits or light household maintenance.
Description
Neighbors Who Care provides non-medical assistive services to frail elderly in the Sun Lakes and south Chandler, Arizona communities. Our greatest need is for transportation to medical appointments or grocery shopping, and our other programs include meal delivery, friendly visits, business/bill paying assistance and light household maintenance. Services are performed by volunteers recruited from the communities we serve. We invite you to become involved and invested in your Sun Lakes and south Chandler, AZ community!
