Summary:
The Disability Service Program Specialist will work under the direct supervision of the Disability Services Program Managers and will be responsible for creating communications programs that effectively describe and promote MHMR’s mission. Assist with supporting the Programs in quality assurance activities, oversight of training support and assisting the Service Coordinators in having access to needed tools to complete their work.

Key Responsibilities:
* Write and design bi-monthly employee communication
* Assist in promoting staff appreciation activities
* Assist with ensuring service coordinators have the most current tools to complete their work
* Assist in conducting Quality Assurance activities
* Assist in oversight of program specific training
Qualifications:
* Excellent organization, written and verbal skills
* Detail orientated and committed to meeting deadlines
* Good interpersonal skills
* Works well independently and as part of a team
* Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs, inclduing Outlook, Word, and Excel
Requirements:
* Must be 18+
* Must pass a criminal history check
* Attend a 45-minute orientation
