Description of the Position:
- Enter all donor related activities into donor database in a timely and regular basis, such as correspondence with the donor, cultivation activities such as mailings, thank you cards, copies of grant, check copies, and other related documents for ensuring all information in the organization's donor database is accurate and up to date.
- Scanning and destroying historical documents in an effort to go paperless
- Position is unpaid, but course/service hour credit can be provided, ideal for new high school graduate or college student seeking experience in nonprofit/admin sector
Qualifications:
- Ability to work independently and problem solve as needed
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of fundraising software solutions preferred, but not required
