Good Shepherd Hospice Staff would like to say, "Thank You for Your Service", to all veterans that have proudly served our country; we are now asking you to honor those who have served alongside you before, during, or after your time of service to this country. Not everyone has experienced the world in the way you have served our country, and your fellow service members need someone who has been through the thick of it.

We would like to ask our Veterans that has served in the armed forces to provide a healing presence to those fellow Veterans who are nearing the end of their lives.

As a volunteer, this can include sharing stories, reading, listening to music, giving the family some respite by sitting with the client, simply being a friend. Generally it's about being there for them during this time just as they were there for our country in their service.

Again, we would like to Thank You For Your Service and hope that you can help a fellow Veteran.
