PLACEMENT PURPOSE
Do you enjoy helping people get connected and providing good customer service? Join us as a Front Office Hero! Welcome clients and members of the public who visit the office, as well as answer the incoming calls. Connect inquiries to appropriate departments and people, and assist with office support projects.
TIME COMMITMENT
4 hours per week minimum
AVAILABLE TRAINING
Orientation to the American Red Cross
Overview of Disaster Cycle Services and Recovery mechanisms
Professional Development and soft skills training available
