We are a Nonprofit no kill animal shelter. The volunteers are a HUGE part in keeping Noah's Ark running.

There is alot of behind the scenes work to be done to keep our sanctuary flowing smoothly. We have various shifts that are 3 hours long ranging from volunteer kennel assistants that clean cages, feed animals, unfold newspapers, do laundry, wash food dishes, to general cleaning and animal socialization to volunteer office assistants for data entry, filing and phones.

We also offer Group Volunteer Day. This is for groups of 7 or smaller who want to go through orientation/tour and then volunteer with their group for just that day, this is great for church groups, scouts, work groups, school groups any kind of group.

Please be prepared to do some physical work. But we understand not everyone can!! There are alot of other opportunities as well so please consider volunteer fostering, trasnport drivers, dog walkers, fundraising events and newletter design.

You must be at least 16 years of age to volunteer alone. Children 9-15 who want to volunteer have to be accompanied by their volunteer parents and must be supervised by them at all times.
