SSM Health Hospice & Home Health Foundation's Trivia Zone raises much needed funds to support the financial, physical, emotional and spiritual needs of our patients and families.
Beyond trivia, we have raffles, games, complimentary wine and beer and VIP table service.
Here's how you can help:
- selling mulligans, 50/50 tickets, poker hands
- being a VIP table server
- collect answer sheets
- pass out beverages
- helpt with set-up and/or break down

Description
The purpose of SSM Health Hospice and Home Health Foundation is to provide non-healthcare support to our patients and their families. Often, the people we care for are in financial crisis because the caregiver has stopped working to stay at home and take care of them. Many have limeted financial and family resources.
Our programs aim to provide a financial and emotional safety net. Keeping utilities turned on and paying rent are just the beginning of the ways we are able to assist our patients. In additional to financial assistance, we are able to provide physical, emotional and spiritual help through our other life-honoring programs.
We fund our life-honoring programs through memorials, donations, fundraisers and grants.
