Hope’s Closet is a clothing room available to all YWCA program participants. Donated clothes are organized and hung up in a boutique style for program participants to "shop" for items they need.
The Hope's Attendant will be responsible for providing positive customer service to the YWCA Program Participants that "shop" in Hope’s Closet. Specific duties include: * Maintaining the cleanliness and organization of Hope’s Closet * Helping program participants find a needed item * Documenting all visitors and how many items they take * Opening and closing the closet on time * Ensuring that Hope’s Closet visitors do not enter the stocking area
