We have projects and programmes on Education, Rural/ooastal/tribal hampets women, literacy programmes, forestry/evironment protection and rehabilitation homes for the destitute, street, orphan children and old age people who are abandoned and no one to care.
Mainly our programmes areas are over the lines of Eastern Ghats of Sotuhern costa of india; mainly stretching from Nellore to Aarakku Valley (The Ootty of AP), which si the beatiful and cool place in the State of Andhra Pradesh boardering with the State Odisha. These areas are of poor, illiterate and oignorant tribal, schedules caste and fisherment communities only.
Over the coastal areas, we want to promote the habit of natural vegetation for the balalcning of coastal ecosystem through seaweed agrciculture, community structures, education, cpapcity bulding etc. with providing alternate livelihood agaisnt their cut & carry distroying of the natural vegetation through vallue addition programmes. (We ahve proejcts ongoing for this). And also we have Adult Literacy Programmes where we simply not train them on how to rad and wriote, but we go further maing them capable of using mobiles phones and ICT too for their safe living!

Description
CARES was registered in 2009 as a non-profit voluntary service society in Guntur district, Andhra Pradesh, South India. CARES was a need based awakening by a group of like-minded people to help the needy in times of urgency. Guntur and nearby districts’ socio-economic and educational conditions were so backward and had never experienced voluntary service or any of such development facilitating support as of the other places in the district Guntur. Seeing the much rearward conditions of the people and the areas, we thought and decided to support the people and the areas through a process of participatory aspects - CARES and rural people-collective works for own development. Thus since inception focusing on rural issues conducting studies and finding condign solutions to address them, CARES and facilitating development opportunities in a holistic and sustainable way.
CARES since commencement productively carries out various activities/programmes/projects in the areas of Child Development, Education, Women Development, Forestry and Environment, Skill Development, Establishment of Cottage Industries, Awareness creation on life basics, Research & Documentation in rural issues, Rural livelihoods, Child Welfare & Rights, Agriculture, Health & Sanitation, Rural income generation, awareness creation on Acts/Rights etc.
