A Strategic Market Positioning & Messaging project for CARPLS, Coordinated Advice & Referral Program for Legal Services
This project needs a consultant with the ability to gain support through corporate giving, private foundations and social venture investors in the context of this overall marketing strategy.
CARPLS stands out among many organizations offering free legal services, but this doesn’t show through in their current messaging and marketing. They want to target a broader audience of supporters, and we plan to explore corporate giving, social venture capitalists and private foundations to expand beyond their current donors.

Taproot Foundation is a nonprofit organization that makes business talent available to organizations working to improve society. We engage marketing, technology, strategy, design, and HR management professionals in pro bono projects, called Service Grants, which benefit local nonprofits. Our goal is to ensure that one day all organizations with promising solutions will be equipped to successfully take on urgent social challenges. To date, we have engaged over 4,500 professionals on more than 1,000 pro bono projects benefiting education, health, environment, social service, and arts initiatives.
