Do you want to:
- Gain experience working with youth?
- Ensure that young people with great potential go to college?
- Enrich the life of a young person by sharing your wisdom and life experiences?
The Elizabeth Edwards Foundation has immediate openings for dedicated male adults to serve as Elizabeth Mentors for the remainder of the 2018-19 school year. Mentors meet with a high school student weekly and participate in activities or service projects together, or address academic and personal issues, to help them navigate their path to college. The days and times of the meetings are flexible based on the mentor and student's mutual availability.

Mission Statement
The Elizabeth Edwards Foundation is a charitable organization which will provide educational opportunities, tools and support to youth with limited resources.
Description
The Elizabeth Edwards Foundation follows the example that Elizabeth Edwards set, because everyone deserves an Elizabeth Edwards in their life, to ensure that they succeed. Our mission is to identify kids who show great potential but have limited support and resources, and give them the kind of encouragement, support and tools that they need to reach that potential. Our highest hope is that we can honor the legacy of Elizabeth Edwards' passion for positive action and compassion for others through our Elizabeth Fellows Program.
