We are looking for a human resources virtual volunteer who has recruiting experience and sourcing techniques such as using social media without a budget provided. The consultant must use social media platforms and other internet sources to onboard qualified volunteers. We assist social enterprises with their issues by providing human capital, skilled volunteers. This is a way to network, make an impact, and keep your resume updated. We have created social media sites to source, but we need other sourcing strategies. We have posted on job boards and researched volunteer sites to bring in volunteers.
The recruiting volunteer will also assist with full cycle recruiting for our various departments such as finance, marketing, human resources, fundraising and project management when applicants apply on our website.
