Goal: To meet and greet members and guests as they enter the clubhouse.
Objective: Create a warm and welcoming environment.
Responsibilities: Answer phone calls, vet phone calls for staff, greet members and guests, register members for activities, and more as determined by interest and ability.
Qualifications: Good interpersonal skills, warmth, minimal computer skills.
Training: Attend a volunteer orientation. Additional one-on-one training will occur with Our Clubhouse staff or a seasoned reception desk volunteer.
Evaluation: Informal feedback.
Commitment: As schedule allows.
