Join us for this amazing volunteer opportunity! We are looking for volunteers to help assist with the official 2017 Trails Study that will be occurring on the Monon Greenway. This study will be conducted by the Eppley Institute through Indiana University. There will be a variety of shifts you can choose from, this is the final week the study will be running. This study is being conducted to look at trail use, benefits, economic value along with measuring health factors as related to trail usage. Volunteers will engage trail users at trail heads giving willing participants a card directing them to the online survey. This is a great opportunity to be a part of a statewide study that's goal is to show why we should support and fund the creation of new trails, and why Greenways are so important to our community.

If interested in volunteering go to http://carmelclayparks.com/volunteer/ and look under park stewardship volunteer opportunities. If you have never volunteered with CCPR before you will need to create a quick volunteer profile, you will then be able to register for the opportunity.

There will be a very short training at a time and date to be determined, about a week before the project starts. You will be notified when the training is scheduled.
