Hand N Heart is always looking for those who want to help the community. We do bi-weekly community street outreach to those experiencing homelessness and substance use disorder in NJ (Burlington county, Camden County) and PA (Kensington and starting Center city) We assist and hand out "Love bags" that have 5 snacks, a drink, note of encouragement and resource brochure, toiletries, clothing, intakes and linkage to treatment. We want only passionate and dedicated volunteers who truly care about the mission and our people who are most vulnerable.

Description
Hand 'n' Heart Inc helps the community see self-worth by showing compassion to those who are suffering from Mental illness, Disease of addiction, Homelessness and our children who are displaced from their family and placed in the foster system. We give clothing and snack packages along with Luggage of Love Backpacks to our children in the foster system. We have been volunteering in New Jersey and Pennsylvania for more than five years.
