By engaging on a regular basis, Jericho Road learns the needs and problems of our non-profit partners. Potential board service volunteers will meet with a Jericho Road staff member to learn their interests and skills and offer connections to appropriate non-profits who need your skills.

We help the volunteer understand the nonprofits that they interact with and the community they are serving. We also provide training in nonprofit management for volunteers who sit on boards, making them more successful.
