Our 7 Week Habitat Social Media Event will start on July 31st. Every Monday, we will post a positive word. Your job is to take a picture, write a post, or upload a video and tag us @habitatwd and use #habitatchallenge. Every time you do, you will be entered in to win a $25 gift card to Amazon.com, sponsored by PowerHouse Realty Group*. We do more than build a house. We build positive communities. At the end of the seven week challenge, we will put together a slideshow of all the posts from social media and the winner of the gift card will be announced.
*Those who are personnel at PowerHouse Realty Group and at Habitat for Humanity of Weber and Davis Counties will not be entered to win the gift card to Amazon.com. However, they are allowed to be part of the challenge.

Habitat for Humanity of Weber and Davis Counties helps local low-income families to build or renovate, and then buy their own safe, decent, affordable homes. Habitat is not a giveaway program. Our partner families contribute hundreds of hours of "sweat equity" to help build their own and other's homes. When construction is completed, families buy their homes at a no-profit price, with a no-interest loan, and affordable monthly payments.
