Merrick's Food Shelf is having a fundraiser, and we need your help! We are turning August into our "Pack the Shelves" month, so we are kicking it off by collecting donations at our local Cub Foods.
On Saturday, we will be at Cub Foods on Old Hudson Rd from 10-3. Because Cub Foods does not bag groceries for their customers, we are going to do it for them.
*We will have a couple of people at the entrace of the store, passing out fliers with a "wish list" of items that we need at our Food Shelf.
*All other volunteers will be at the checkout lanes, helping customers bag their groceries.
We will have two shifts for this event: 10-1 and 12-3. We would love for you to join us for as long as you wish, as anything will be helpful.
