St. John's Hospital is looking for a Volunteer Coordinator Assistant.
This volunteer will assist with data entry, volunteer scheduling, volunteer onboarding, reference checks, recruitment, new volunteer orientations, and other administrative related activities for the volunteer services department.
Preferred Education and Experience
- College Sophomore status or higher
- Experience working in a non-profit organization or with volunteers
- Previous experience using Volgistics
Qualifications
- 18 years or older
- Self-starter who is comfortable working independently
- Great communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and organization
- Exceptional computer skills and data entry
