The 2018 hurricane season has been extraordinarily active in parts of the U.S., with Hurricane Florence currently impacting millions in the Carolinas. As this natural disaster unfolds, the staff here at VolunteerMatch is doing its part to ensure that, if you are in an affected community, you are prepared and safe. We're a young and ambitious initiative. We have worked very hard to build a model where we can rapidly implement Brigid MIXs in communities around the world, without compromising our integrity.
Demonstrated ability to manage the website & process. Provide excellent management and leadership to the Web & Digital Media team and work collaboratively with the board of directors and operations manager.
Partner with internal and external content managers, editors, designers, developers, and other team members to ensure sites align with the brand strategy platform, and meet our standards.
Market and present web/digital strategies to diverse audiences, manage multiple projects and maintain schedules and budgets.
Excellent web/digital media project management and estimating experience.
Fluent in development optimization techniques to deliver the best user experiences in the most technically efficient manner.
We use a very efficient project management platform called Trello, which gives you direct access to:

Who's working on the project
Where the project is
What the project's objective is
Where the last person left off
Where you can continue to help the project move to the "done" board
We also use Facebook Workplace, which is NOT associated with your personal Facebook. Facebook workplace is made for businesses and nonprofits.
Send and receive chat messages to anyone at Brigid MIXs
Create groups to collaborate with your fellow team members on individual projects
This keeps the Trello boards' content limited to just the important things, making it easier to use Trello to QUICKLY get an idea of where the project is at, not diluting the notes with questions and answers!
Offer ideas and critiques on public groups.
Collaborate with other teams' projects when practical.
