Thousands of animals are euthanized each year thru no fault of their own. Every dog or cat we save is one less euthanized but we cannot do that if we do not have help from volunteers. If you love animals and are willing to volunteer once a week for a 2 to 3 hour period please call Sylvia at 513-368-4568 or Lois at 859-801-7287. We are a 100% volunteer organization so many volunteers are needed during a week.

About HEARTT Animal Refuge
Location:
11354 Reading Road, Cincinnati, OH 45241, US
Mission Statement
We are a 100% volunteer, no-kill animal refuge and adoption center. We rescue abandoned and abused cats and dogs, provide them with a home and good medical care until they are adopted. We are strong supporters of neuter/spay.
Description
We need volunteers to become involved with the care of our four legged friends at the shelter. We also want volunteers to get to know the residents living at our shelter. Socialization is a key to the quick adoption. We need help setting up and running fundraisers including our recycling program. Must be 18 years old or older to volunteer. If you are under 18 a parent or guardian must sign a form for you giving you permission to volunteer. Volunteers are needed mornings, afternoons and evenings - seven days a week.
