We’re walking to end Alzheimer's and all other dementia in 2021 - and we invite you to join us.
Walk to End Alzheimer's is happening - and you can join us at Bishop Ranch in San Ramon on 10/23/21 or Walk From Home in your neighborhood. No matter where you participate, know that your health and safety are our top priorities. Our event will implement safety protocols including physical distancing, contactless registration, hand sanitizing stations and more. Per CDC guidelines around crowded outdoor settings, we ask that all Walk attendees be vaccinated against COVID-19 or wear a mask when in an overcrowded area. Masks will be available on-site.
Registering for Walk is easy! Form a team or sign up as an individual walker. Visit act.alz.org/eastbay2021 and click "Register."

How much does it cost to sign up?
There is no registration fee for Walk. However, we ask every walker to make a personal donation and commit to raising funds which fuels: care, support, research, awareness and advocacy. Just $100 earns you a T-Shirt!

Description
We provide programs and support services for patients, families, caregivers, and others in the San Francisco Bay Area affected by Alzheimer's disease and related disorders. Outside the federal government, the Alzheimer's Association is the largest research funder in the country and offers advocacy opportunities to make public policy change.
At the Alzheimer's Association, diversity and inclusion are vital to our mission. The Association leads strategic initiatives to support diversity and a culture of inclusivity. These strategic initiatives also strengthen outreach to all populations, providing communities with resources and support to address the Alzheimer’s crisis. By partnering with organizations locally and nationally to advance diversity and inclusion, the Association can broaden its reach in all communities.
