The goal is to have volunteers able to come in and answer the phone and take care of other office work for a few hours every day. An Office Volunteer Instruction Guide can be found in Word. The volunteer should read through this and become familiar with it.
Volunteers can answer phone/voicemail messages, take office inventory, update adoptable animals book, print off hard copies of applications, etc.
