Greetings Film Artists and Directors!

Apollo Hospice is looking for talented people to help create a 10-15 min life review film for our terminally ill Clients. You will be in charge of filming, editing an creating a piece for marketing purposes as well as a keepsakes for the terminally ill's loved ones.

We would like individuals who are currently in school, graduated or have samples of their projects.

Majority of filming equipment will be provided. However, if you prefer your material to be used you are more than welcome to use it or provide suggestions.

Hospice Volunteer Training is a program where we select qualified persons who can fit well with patients who have a terminal illness through several organizations. We match volunteers to Hospices where they will excel the most. We offer training and orientation, continued education for all volunteers, certificates of completion and excellence. Whether volunteers are students trying to gain experience or if you just want to give back to the community. We hope that we find individuals who can successfully achieve their goals and provide helpful assistance to Hospice organizations within the Los Angeles County.

Description

Hospice volunteers provide companionship to people living with a serious illness and help their families caregivers in a variety of ways. Hospice also rely on volunteers to help with office work, fund raising, community outreach and other operational areas.
