Summary:
The administrative assistant will perform a range of administrative and office support functions for the Training and Development department to facilitate the effiecient operation of the department.
Key Responsibilities:
-Perform general clerical duties including copying, faxing, mailing, and filing
-Data Entry
-Identify and remove inactive training records
-Assist with assembling training pakckets
-Assist with department audits, retrieving training records requested by auditor
-Project assistance
Qualifications:
-Excellent organization, written and verbal skills
-Detail orientated and committed to meeting deadlines
-Good interpersonal skills
-Works well independently and as part of a team
-Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs, inclduing Outlook, Word, and Excel
Requirements:
-Must be 18+
-Must pass a criminal history check
Time Commitment:
Weekly, minimum 4 hours
