Join A.W.E. staff in a printmaking activity at Chill on the Hill! We'll be providing this free activity for visitors along with selling A.W.E. merchandise throughout the day. Volunteers do not need to stay for the whole event. There are shifts from 5-7:15pm and 7:15-9:30pm, 1-2 volunteers per shift. Even if you can't stay for a whole shift, we greatly appreciate anytime you can volunteer!

Description
Artists Working in Education (AWE), sponsors professional artists to nurture the imaginations of Milwaukee youth by bringing creative visual arts experiences directly to schools, community centers and informal settings such as parks, playgrounds, libraries and community events.
AWE artists guide children through the process of transforming the ordinary into the extraordinary. Meaningful arts programming helps youth develop new ways of seeing the world, enhanced inquisitiveness, creativity, flexibility, imagination and confidence.
