Home of the Innocents' Back to School Bash!
We are excited to have our first annual back to school bash featuring our Open Arms Children's Health Clinic!
The bash is Saturday, July 29 from 11am - 2pm and will consist of an afternoon of fun as we help those less fortunate prepare for the new school year.
Backpacks full of supplies will be handed out to each child that attends (while supplies last).
There will be various health screening booths set up along with food trucks, face painting, DJ, bounce house and more!
Volunteers are welcome to sign up to help for the entire day (9am - 3pm) or help for shorter amounts of time as follows:
- 10am - 11am assist with event set up
- 11am - 2pm help at event (check in, passing out backpacks, assisting staff at booths, face painting, and oversee bounce house)
- 2pm - 3pm assist with event take down

Established in 1880, the Home provides a range of important residential and community-based services. Serving more than 10,000 children and their families last year, our programs include residential and community-based clinical treatment services, crisis and intervention services, therapeutic loving foster care and adoption services, and a pediatric convalescent center for children who are medically complex or terminally ill.
