We are a fun nonprofit performing arts theatre in downtown Sanford looking to start a high school aged show choir group. We are really looking for someone to fall in love with this concept and take ownership of the group, including auditions, scheduling, orchestrations, costumes and choreography.
Ideally, we'd like to find a Music Director AND a Choreographer team to run the group together!
This group will perform at marketing events, like outdoor festivals, senior troupes, libraries, etc and be on the WDPAC stage for holiday performances and company fundraisers. We'd even like to see this group excel enough to qualify for various show choir competitions in Central Florida!
We'd prefer someone who is local to Seminole County to minimize the travel distance.
