Morning Child Care Instructors: Help your immigrant and refugee neighbors launch their careers in early childhood education! Child care instructors are urgently needed in Manassas. Classes will be held on Monday’s from 9:00AM-12:00PM. Classes will begin on Monday, March 26 thand end on Wednesday, June 13 th. The ideal candidate will have experience in the child care field and some teaching background (volunteer or paid). Candidates must commit for the entire semester. You will receive ample curriculum and resources, training, professional development, and additional support from Hogar staff throughout the semester. Description
Catholic Charities, Diocese of Arlington's Newcomer Services is made up of two departments - Hogar Immigrant Services and Migration and Refugee Services.
Hogar Immigrant Services responds to the Church’s call for social justice by welcoming the stranger to this country, regardless of ethnicity, religion, nationality, or ability to pay.
Migration and Refugee Services is one of 104 national affiliates of the United States Conference of Catholic Bishops. Since its founding in 1975, the office has resettled and assisted over 30,000 refugees and asylees in the Northern Virginia community.
