St. Mary’s Food Bank Alliance distributes Emergency Food Boxes, at no cost, to individuals and families in need. A majority of those receiving Emergency Food Boxes includes the elderly, children, working families and the homeless.
Join us to pack these emergency food boxes with non-perishable items, sort food or repack bulk produce. Positions include high impact roles such as palletizing the completed boxes, as well as, less strenuous jobs that can be done seated.

DRESS CODE:
The comfort and safety of our volunteers is important. Due to health codes and safety reasons, a volunteer dress code is in effect.
Volunteers MUST wear:
- Closed Toe Shoes (sneakers suggested)
- Shirts need to be short or long sleeved (No tank tops, spaghetti straps, sleeveless, midriff or low-cut tops)
- Pants, jeans, or workout attire preferred. Shorts are okay at a respectable length. (Must be no shorter than 7" above the knee)
Please leave valuables, purses or backpacks in your vehicle for your safety and security. St. Mary’s Food Bank is not responsible for lost and/or stolen items brought into our facilities.

St. Mary’s Food Bank Alliance, the world’s first food bank, is a non-sectarian, nonprofit organization that alleviates hunger by efficiently gathering and distributing food to the hungry. Serving two-thirds of Arizona's 15 counties, the organization is committed to volunteerism, building community relationships and improving the quality of life for Arizonans in need.
A member of Feeding America, which is a network of more than 200 member food banks, St. Mary’s Food Bank Alliance distributed more than 73 million pounds of food in fiscal year 2015-2016 to families and individuals.
