Folk Festival Ticket Booth and Information Desk
- Assist Zeiterion and Folk Festival staff in providing information about the conference and selling event T-shirts
- Answer questions about the festival and New Bedford
- Being familiar with downtown New Bedford and the conference are a plus for this job.
- Potentially serve as a runner between ticket booths at Custom House Square and Zeiterion Theatre
The New Bedford Folk Festival depends annually on volunteers who donate their time to make it a success. Volunteering at the New Bedford Folk Festival is a wonderful and economical way to experience the conference as well as a tremendous opportunity to help a great cause. We will give you a one general weekend pass in exchange for a 4 hour volunteer shift along with a free volunteer t-shirt provided on the day that you volunteer. Below is a summary of the volunteer positions that will be needed for July 8 & 9.

The New Bedford Folk Festival and The Z present two full days of the best in contemporary, Americana, traditional, blues and Celtic folk music. More than 100 artists will perform on nine stages throughout historic downtown New Bedford - ranging from the 1,200 seat Zeiterion to the intimacy of the Meet-The-Performer stage.
