FarmFest Set-Up - Must be available Thursday, July 28 and/or th morning of Friday, July 29. Set up signs, tables, tents. Assist with prepping and organizing area.
Fun Run Volunteers - Assist with set-up, registration, giving course directions, handing out water. Must be available 8:00 am-10:30 am Saturday, July 30.
Book Nook - Assist PCO staff with book sales and author readings.
Children’s Activities - Organize children’s parade, face painting, crafts and other activities.
FarmFest Assistant / Runner - Assist festival coordinator throughout festival to fill in at different areas - check on volunteers to give breaks, run for items if needed, fill in at various stations if short on volunteers.
FarmFest Welcome Gauntlet & Info Tent - Register and check in volunteers and attendees, provide meal ticket/VIP access and provide general information to festival attendees.
Parking - Volunteers staff 2 gates for entry into the Grange Fairgrounds, handout maps, give general directions for parking,etc. Please consider signing up for a one hour shift at the zero waste stations to compliment your parking shift.
PCO Booth & Merchandise - General assistance in the Exhibit Hall. Sell festival items, band merchandise and books/products from presenters. Inventory, checking in products, and use cash register.
Peacekeeping & Water Crew - Patrolling fairgrounds to assist with safety and security. Ensure that water jugs are placed throughout the festival grounds and are always full. Must be 18 years of age or older.
Silent Auction Assistant - Assist with set-up before the event and tear down after the event. Assist with registration and overseeing the Silent Auction during the event.
Stage Crew - Assist sound personnel and bands before, after and between shows.
VIP / Hospitality Area - Assist entertainers, sponsors and speakers in the VIP area, keep VIP area clean and stocked.
Zero Waste Stations - Assist festival goers to properly sort waste, recycling and composting streams.
Clean-Up Crew - Saturday night and/or Sunday morning. Taking down banners, tents and tables and other various tasks.

Description
Pennsylvania Organic FarmFest at the Centre County Grange Fair Grounds in Centre Hall, Pennsylvania, just 10 minutes from downtown State College. July 28-29, 2017
FarmFest celebrates organic growers and consumers through live music, education, a farmers market, exhibition hall, hands-on demonstrations and interactive activities for children and adults.
This two-day event is FREE to the public and promises to attract visitors from across the region.
