To assist the Clinic Medical Support Assistants and staff
Using Service:
Health Administration Service Uptown Division and Downtown Division
Department & Location:
Specialty Clinic 4D, Radiology, and Primary Care Clinic
Site Supervisor and Phone:
Akeba Phillip
Time Requirements:
8a- Noon/ Noon- 4p (We will take what you will give)
Specific Duties:
Please continue on separate sheet if additional space is needed.
- Assist and direct Veterans to the kiosk
- Mail out appointment and unable to reach letters
- Make appointment reminder calls
- May be asked to take messages for the schedulers
Qualifications & Training Required:
Clear speaking skills; pleasant demeanor, professional appearance, ability to get along with others.
