We are looking able bodies to help with our events throughout Central Florida.
We do soap box derby races with special needs children, Children in the Foster Care Group Homes and children in the inner city. Our events are free to all the children.
We start with setup from 6am to 8am. Then the kids are coming in and we start with some instruction for the children that are driving for the event for the first time. The around 9 to 9:30 we start the races. Races should between 1 and 3 pm. Then we have teardown.
We ask one thing of all the volunteers, come to have fun, we do not want grumpy people working with the kids.
This is a fun event and a chance to get 12 hours in community time. If you need a bunch of hours.
We are also for a couple volunteers for Friday afternoon to put the ramps together, This should be some that is not afraid to lift things. The ramps are pallet racks and is a lot of work.
We supply drinks and food for the day.

Description
We do soap box derby style racing with disabled and underprivileged children throughout the central Florida area. We have 2 seat soap box derby cars, which will have a driver and special needs child.
ALL OF OUR EVENTS ARE FREE TO ALL!
Our programs have been around for the 7 years. 2022 will be the best year, with adding 2 major events in Clearwater.
We are here for the children and looking for a lot of fun at each event.
