The Salvation Army is looking for positive, responsible volunteers to ride the bus to Long Point Camp along with our Under 13 campers. Volunteers will arrive at The Salvation Army on 749 S Warren, help get Campers signed in, and then ride the bus to camp with them, helping to entertain campers duing the ride. Once at camp volunteers will help get campers signed in, then ride the bus back to Syracuse the same day. The bus ride is about 90 minutes one way.

The Salvation Army of the Syracuse Are has been assisting people in this community since 1883. Last year we served 30,000 people in Onondaga County through 40 programs ranging from our food pantry, shelters for the homeless, licensed, quality day care for low-income families, outreach and counseling for runaway teens, housing, parenting and life skills training for young mothers, senior services and food and gifts for disadvantaged families during the holidays.
