Volunteer Drivers needed for New Hanover County's Home Delivered Meals program. Volunteers deliver meals to home-bound seniors in our area, using their personal vehicle. Mileage reimbursement available - training is provided. Background screening is required. Volunteer weekly, or on an as-needed basis.

Our mission is to act as the focal point for Aging Services in New Hanover County by providing services which promote wellness, encourage independence, and enhance quality of life for all older persons.
Description
New Hanover County's Senior Resource Center provides volunteer opportunities, resources, assistance, meals, activities, classes and so much more for seniors, age 55+. We have several volunteer opportunities available for individuals with a desire to help at the Senior Center, or throughout our community.
