Every year Daemion Counseling Center hosts Taste of Berwyn- a community food, music, and arts festival for families and individuals of any age. Anyone can purchase a ticket to the festival that wishes to enjoy the access to all the food, drinks, and activities that the event offers. The intention of this festival is to spread awareness for the mental health counseling services that we offer. As a nonprofit organization, this festival isn’t possible without the help of our volunteers! The Taste of Berwyn volunteer experience is based off of your ability and interests- you can choose to check people in, help set up, help with children's games, help at the tie-dye tent, face paint, be a runner (deliver water, lunch to people), help with heavy lifting, and so on. We provide each volunteer with a Taste of Berwyn t-shirt to wear (and keep). Groups are welcome to wear their group shirts instead.
