ORGANIZATION: Feeding Northeast Florida

Mobile pantries are specific geographic locations where food is dropped off to a sponsoring agency. Dry goods, fresh produce and meat are packaged and stacked on pallets. Clients will pick up loose and pre-packaged food within a certain time frame. This position will manage the process, communicate with FNEFL as needed and assist the agency and clients in handing out food.

Frequency

  • One day a month - OR MORE - (minimum 12 days annually)

  • Estimate 4-6 hours each volunteer day

Feeding Northeast Florida distributes food to those in need through a network of local agency partners. We provide food and hope to thousands who struggle to feed themselves and their families. We work every day to find solutions to the issue of hunger through awareness, advocacy and community education.
